- Sales: Your sales consultant is available to assist you with any questions you may have about your contract, new phases, rental availability, or other Pringle offers.

- Customer Care: Additionally, because Pringle in committed to your satisfaction, we have created a dedicated Customer Care Department. With your permission, a customer care associate will be in touch with you several times throughout the design and construction phases of your new home to ensure that we are in fact doing everything to make this process as enjoyable as possible.
- Accounting: The Pringle accounting team will assist you with your lot closing, coordination with a financial institution, various payments along the way, and the closing of your beautiful new home.
- Design: A personal designer and décor consultant will work with you as little or as much as you like to create the home of your dreams.
