Great question! The VIP web is designed to extend the support of the VIP service offered by our design and construction and customer departments.

 

The VIP Treatment encompasses a wide variety of services and support information to help ease the process of purchasing, designing, and building your custom home.

Pringle Development is the only builder offering this state-of-the-art service and we are proud to be able to help you through the medium of the Internet.

You may still call our VIP Hotline during business hours if your inquiry requires immediate assistance from our staff. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9-5.

How can VIP Service Help me?


By having access to the Internet, you may contact us outside of regular business hours by sending us an e-mail inquiry.
Customer Care will handle your inquiry the next business day and contact you accordingly.

 

This type of interaction allows us to send your inquiry when it is convenient for you to contact us through our Contact Form. We will then follow up and make the necessary arrangements to address the inquiry promptly.

 

Whether you have a question before or after our business hours, you can take action immediately and get the process started.
