What constitutes a Late Change Order? |
 |
Any time that you make a change or update the
schedule of construction will be considered as a Change Order issue.
This means that you must speak or see your builder and have
a change order filled out for you.
When you create a change order you are asking to make a
change that may influence the overall schedule of construction. Such
changes could create delays or incur additional costs and you should be
aware of its effect.
