How often do I receive pictures during construction? You will receive pictures two times each month.
Why does the color of my house seem distorted in some of the pictures? In order to retain fast website access for all people, we use lower resolution images. In some of the pictures this technique may distort the color of the house slightly.
Why did I not receive pictures on my scheduled day? Because we maintain safety on our construction sites, we do not go into homes with many workers present. We will wait until the following day(s) when the work is finished. However, you will have your pictures by the end of your scheduled week.
If it rains when will I receive my pictures? The following day (weather permitting)
Can I send these pictures to my friends and family? Yes, on the web page there is an icon that says "invite a friend", click there enter your friend's information.
Can I save my pictures on a disk? Yes. However, Pringle Development will provide you with a CD complete with all your pictures at closing.
Once my building permit is received, how long can I expect construction of my home to take? Typically construction takes 7 months.
How long does it take to get a permit? Generally 4 weeks.
