When you first move into your new home there may be items that could be of concern and we want you to know that we are here to help.  Our warranty team is committed to providing the very best service possible.

Your warranty is part of your contract.  You will receive a hard copy of your warranty manual at your orientation with your builder.

You can expect your orientation to take 2-3 hours.  An Orientation Representative will guide you through your new home very methodically, one room at a time, explaining all of the operations and nuances.

During the orientation is the time to let your representative know of any items that need further attention, especially cosmetic items.  Cosmetic items are not warrantable items.  Cosmetic items are defined as anything that can reasonable be believed to have been caused during the move in process.
